DonCari Consulting Firm, LLC is a start- up company focused on leveraging their combined 20 years of experience to enhance the culture of Hampton Roads. Their consulting talents are centered around community and non-profit development, technical best practices, career development, and cultured event curation. DonCari Consulting Firm was established Feb 2022 and has already established itself as a trusted firm by several primer local and national organizations such as the National Urban League Young Professionals as a Small Business Sponsor, participating panelist and project management firm for their first in person conference since the pandemic - bEastCon- the NULYP Eastern Region Conference. They have also curated 5 events within the first two quarters of the year for the Connect 757 - the leading Black Professional Networking organization in Hampton Roads- resulting in the organizations growth and finalization of its founding 50 members. They currently serve in several organizations within the area as well including the Junior League of Hampton Roads, Board member of the Project Connection Foundation, and Committee Leaders for Connect 757.
